Pastor Randy Crum

Randy Lee Crum is the founder and President of Vision Ministries (1996) and formed Pathway to Freedom (a recovery program) to illuminate the one and only true pathway to freedom – Jesus Christ.  He is married to Janet Crum, has two sons, Justice and Josh, and has 7 grandchildren.

He graduated from Neshannock HS in 1972, and was an honorary, avid athlete lettering in a variety of sports.  He is a graduate of the 191 IUP Police academy and worked as a police officer for various local police departments.

As an ordained minister, he pastored for over 20 years.  He was the pastor of Wayside Emmanuel Church, and counseled inmates at the local jail.  Additionally he retired from Penn Power in 2013 after 37 years of service, served on the Board of New Castle Christian Academy, and for a short time, served on the board of a women’s shelter for several years.   

 Daniel L. Bailey

Daniel is the 1st Vice President of Pathway to Freedom, who graduated in 1972 from Laurel High School and received an AA at Youngstown State University in Business concentration.  He retired from FirstEnergy Corp as a training supervisor and former CRO.  He is also a former PA State Certified Recovery Specialist where he was commissioned in 2016. 

He currently is certified as a facilitator in Leadership and Teambuilding, Human Performance Technology, holds 5 FEMA certificates in Emergency Managements Systems, and is registered with DHS.

His civic involvement includes:

·        Current Board Member – Vietnam and Agent Orange Veterans Project

·        Current Member – Pennsylvania Recovery Organizations Alliance

·        Current Member -  Lawrence County Recovery Coalition

 Vaughn Crisci

Vaughn Crisci is 2nd Vice President of Pathway to Freedom and is a staunch advocate regarding addiction recovery. He has experienced addiction in his family and has been reaching out to inform others regarding addiction and recovery.

Vaughn is a frequent speaker at recovery events and has recently spoken at Mercer County’s ROAR event and International Overdose Awareness Day.

Lori Jo Sager is a Board Member of Vision Ministries.. She is married to Joseph Sager, and has two sons, Cory, and Joey.   
Lori Jo graduated from New Castle Senior High School in 1988. She graduated from Shenango Valley Business School in 2001 with an associate degree in business administration.


 She completed Certified Family Recovery Specialist training at Penn State Beaver in 2021. She has been employed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for over 31 years. She has been promoted three times and is currently an Administrative Officer. Lori Jo manages the finances and operations support at Vital Records.


Lori Jo has a big heart for helping others. She has volunteered for variety of local non-profit organizations. She has been dog transporter for Rescue Road Warriors; a teen leader for The Landing (Celebrate Recovery)  program at New Life Baptist Church; a
helper with the New Life Baptist Breadbasket program and an events volunteer for the Crisis Shelter (Arise). She was a leader and chaperone for the New Life Baptist Church teen mission trip to New York City in 2017.
 
Lori Jo’s son, Garrett, passed away in early 2023 from an acute brain injury that was sustained from an overdose on drugs laced with Fentanyl. She is an advocate for recovery and overdose awareness and speaks frequently at local events.
